"it was totally not like the pictures on the website. room had a smell, and was tiny, could hardly turn around in it. bed was uncomfortable. toilet was dirty and shower had such a small trickle, it takes years to wet my head. had one small cupboard in the middle of the room. no safe place to hold luggage as well." - Anonymous

"Our room was fine but our friends room was very small and there was no space to move inside. So you can imagine we had to walk sidewards to enter into the room because the bed was next to the door and the wordrope was 1 metre opposite from the entrance door. Getting There: By Underground : Travel to Paddington Station by Circle (yellow) Line, District (green) Line, Hammersmith & City (pink) Line & Bakerloo (brown) Line. From the exit in Praed Street, walk down London Street. The hotel is halfway down on the right. (2 minutes walk. Arrive Lancaster Gate Station by Central (red) Line. Turn right and right again into Lancaster Terrace. Walk up Lancaster Terrace and cross over into Sussex Gardens. London Street is the third turn on the left and the hotel is halfway up. (5 minutes walk).
