I have just returne fromd a holiday in El Chorro with my two grandchildren age 14 and 10. We walked the Camino Del Rey in reverse and finished by abseiling back down to the beginning. We had a fabulous guide and felt very safe so the children and I were not a bit frightened. Wading the rapids of the Rio Guadalhorce was far more scary as the water was quite high. The children said it was their best holiday ever and we have the photographs to prove it. I am 66 and am now looking for another adventure. It may be hard to beat this one though, it was a fantastic experience.
