One of the cheapest 5 star in Tokyo.

The hotel is nice and rooms are very big for Japanese standard. the only down side is the location, you have to take the monorail to the mainland but it was an experience ride as it passes thru the rainbow bridge. There are plenty of FB outlet next in the shopping centre next door and the monorail stop right at the hotel door step. Breakfast is average for a 5 star hotel.

Perfect family trip in Tokyo

Hotel Nikko Tokyo is so far the best hotel for our family with 2 little one to stay in Tokyo area. It is so convenience to get to everywhere, you can go to any attraction in Odaiba within 15 min no matter walking or monorail. Monorail system is just in front of the hotel; shuttle bus to Airport; room size is bigger than most normal hotel in Tokyo. Everything in the breakfast is so fresh and delicious. Well, I will definitely come back again. Thanks again Hotel NikkoTokyo.

Great hotel in Tokyo

The hotel was great, The rooms were large and had great views. The location was great if you liked shopping as you were next to 4 shopping centers. But 20 minute ride to everywhere else. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Very disappointed with the assistant manager who organised a tour for us to mount Fuji and over charged us. Even our tour guide was very surprised we were charged for rail when we already had rail passes but the assistant manager said we had to pay if we wanted to go on the tour. Unable to get refund. If i went to Tokyo again i would not stay at this hotel and would choose better location

Service at the extreme

The hotel itself was excellent but the staff made this a trip to remember. I have never meet anyone so serviceminded, helpful, polite and in every way doing there upmost for you to enjoy your holiday and relax.

An option for Big Sight

This is a very nice hotel away from from hustle and bustle of central Tokyo. Only a short train ride or 20 minute walk to Big Site but if you want the attractions of the Ginza or other tourist sites in Central Tokyo you would be better to stay in Shimbashi or Ginza areas...

Wonderful experience

The lobby is very impressive and we had a warm welcome from the staff even outside of the front door. Hotel is not in the city centre but the railway station is few steps away, cost about 300 yen to the city. We found this hotel suits us best because (1)affordable (2) "open space" it's not surrounded by high rise building, spectacular view of Raibow bridge from the room and lobby, (3) convenient walking distance for good shopping and dining We had a triple room , 2 single bed and 1 folding bed, which suprised me because my understanding triple room is properly accomodated for 3 person ortherwise they should be specified as "double room with extra folding bed. However it's just minor issue, In conclusion, we had a good time and the best service

Amazing service as always

Had to book a whole heaps of things and run many errands - concierge was efficient and friendly in their service. Buffet breakfast and room could not fault. I've stayed in other Nikko chain hotels before so as expected, this one was just as exceptional.

Trip purpose:Disneyland with 2

Trip purpose:Disneyland with 2 small children. This hotel was excellent for that and also has a large local shopping area Located at the Daiba station of the Yurikamome line (Yamamote line-Shimbashi station, across road to Yurikamome line), Hotel Nikko was one of the nicest luxury hotels we have stayed at, exceeding standards of service compared to most Australian 5* hotels. Staff spoke good English, were extremely attentive. They accepted our baggage a early from takkyubin, organised our JAL baggage service to Haneda. Our premiere room with bkfst and internet were spacious and modern (they accomodated our request for 2 beds), buffet breakfasts were excellent and Good neighbour Disney hotel bus was a bonus but timings were a bit infrequent (for young children). Disney fireworks last 5 mins and are distantly seen from disneysea. Tokyo view was lovely esp with balcony. Recommended for a Disney stay. If you were focused on central tokyo the train change might make it a bit far.
